Triaster Tab Disappears

Symptom

When a Visio process map is opened, the Triaster tab is not present.

Possible Causes

  1. Macros Security may be set to High.
  2. VBA may not be enabled.
  3. The load behaviour of the Process Navigator Visio add-in is not set appropriately.
  4. The Process Navigator Visio add-in has been disabled.
  5. Details unknown, but related to the user's Visio profile.

Solution 1

Solution 3

Reset the load behaviour of the 'Mapping Edition In-Process Wrapper' add-in. See Dealing with the Mapping Edition In-Process Wrapper.
